Biography

Senior executive with nearly 30 years of experience in Italy and abroad, leading major corporate transformation projects including 2 IPOs, M&A operations and post-merger integration, start-ups and scale-ups, restructuring, national and international growth strategies across various sectors. Has held C-level positions in leading multinational and national groups, with direct responsibilities for innovation, digital transformation and development of new business models.

Academic background from Sapienza University of Rome, MBA from SDA Bocconi and executive programmes at the most prestigious international Business Schools: Stanford, Kellogg and IMD. Has integrated his professional path in corporate finance, combining competencies with experience in omnichannel operations and strategic repositioning. Currently President of Starting Finance, tasked with leading the scale-up phase and establishing and directing the Starting Finance Business School. Professor of Strategy and Leadership at H-FARM Business School and LUISS.
